"Sköna sängar, rena rum, bra krut i duschen. Trevlig personal överallt bortsett från i receptionen, de var inte speciellt hjälpsamma. För få solsängar och trångt vid poolen. Skyltar finns uppsatta runt poolområdet som säger att man inte får boka solsäng och att handdukar tas bort av personalen efter 30 min - detta var tyvärr ett tomt hot. Folk paxade solsängar vid 6-7 på morgonen för att sedan inte nyttja dem under stora delar av dagen. Vattenlandet uppskattades av barnen. Mat och dryck var OK."

"Très bon emplacement, en plein centre de Chania, proche du vieux port, des commerces et de la plage. Le personnel est accueillant. Des restaurants se trouvent juste en bas de l’hôtel, ce qui est très pratique. Tout est accessible à pied et le port est à seulement cinq minutes. Belle chambre, bien décorée et agréable. Les femmes de ménage passent tous les jours faire le ménage. En revanche, quelques cheveux étaient présents sur le sol de la chambre à mon arrivée et durant le séjour même si le sol...

"The staff at this hotel is amazing! Everyone is so nice and go above and beyond to help. The breakfast is delicious and varied, the rooms are clean and have all you need, and the hotel is two blocks away from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here!"

"Couple things I did not like about the property number one the shower would not rain while you were showering by the time you're out of the shower you have water up to your ankle. Number two getting clean towels did not happen every other day. I have to ask after three days for clean towels number three. We paid each per person for breakfast including in our room when we got to the hotel breakfast was only each. I feel I was overcharged day for 16 days. When we checked into the hotel, we had to...

"Ein wunderschönes Hotel, sehr sauber, toll ausgestattet und komfortabel, super Frühstück und ein außergewöhnlich nettes und professionelles Personal. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist sehr gut und es gibt alles drumherum, was man braucht. Wir waren zum vierten Mal hier, das sagt schon alles."
