"Adorei o estilo do hotel mantendo as instalações no estilo antigo da epoca da dona porem com reformulações atuais. O atendimento foi impecável: cheguei mais cedo e fui muito bem recebida. Me ofereceram cafe, agua, suco. Arrumaram o meu quarto o mais rapido que puderam mesmo antes do horário do check-in. Todos os funcionários eram muito simpáticos. Precisei fazer o check-out na madrugada, o que nao foi o menor problema. Solicitei um small breakfast to go e recebi no meu quarto um breakfast...

"The rooms were phenomenal. They were historic, gorgeously decorated with beautiful period pieces. One felt like an old bourgeois couple from a century ago. The shared spaces were absolutely marvelous, like stepping back in time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout. This is a true gem of a hotel that gives you an unforgettable experience and it is located very near the old town and most things you will likely visit. Highly recommended. "La junior suite est très confortable, spacieuse et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Le bar et le restaurant sont top comme le personnel. Le spa est petit mais super agréable avec une piscine et des jets multiples ainsi que sauna hamman et salle de sport. Cet hôtel à dimension humaine est très cosy et nous y reviendrons volontiers. "

"I have been to this hotel before and gladly came back, great staff, clean, quiet and excellent location, the room was nice, renovated, the shower head can use a change in the shower but all the rest was great. at breakfast i was missing vegan options, but i managed so no big deal for me. i will come back next time i am in Bucarest"
