A experiência foi apenas razoável. O atendimento demonstrou certa desorganização e lentidão, além de problemas operacionais, como a impressora fora de funcionamento, o que resultou na necessidade de refazer a ficha de cadastro duas vezes. A acomodação era para casal, porém foi disponibilizada apenas uma coberta de solteiro. Ao solicitar uma segunda coberta, a equipe não soube informar se havia disponibilidade e, posteriormente, forneceu outra coberta de solteiro. O quarto estava limpo, o que foi um ponto positivo. No entanto, alguns itens anunciados não estavam disponíveis, como produtos para banho e secador de cabelo. Além disso, o papel higiênico oferecido era de baixa qualidade. Como aspecto positivo, o café da manhã foi satisfatório e atendeu às expectativas.

Poucas coisas a melhorar são mais estruturais. A escada arrumar os degraus inrregulares e o elevador até 4 andar. Pq o cliente acaba sendo prejudicado por barulho de noite na hora do sono do elevador e podendo se machucar nos degraus da escala, uma maia alta outro mais baixo. Equipe excelente!! Sempre dispostos !! Café da manhã excelente!!

O quarto estava limpo e organizado! A recepção diz que é 24h o estacionamento e a recepção, mas eu fiquei para rua mais de 20 min aguardando alguém aparecer. Quase morri de medo, já que não conheço a região. Se voce precisar chegar depois das 22h sugiro pegar outro hotel!
