"Overall, poor late check-in experience, with staff expecting us to find a building 300m away and go to 2nd floor looking for a room, ourselves, until I demanded someone show us to the room. The room was only occupied room in an otherwise empty property, with run-down and old apartment, fixtures and fittings. security door was also not working properly and held open with a bar. Staff were not responsive during the restaurant, with expansive French food, with little/no choice for vegetarian...

"Excellent and friendly staff. Very convenient location for ferry. Shops nearby. Room was excellent with a really good shower. Black out blinds on the windows. Didn't use food ordering service, but the menu looked good. Would stay there again."
