The hotel was doing renovations so I wasn't able to sleep in since the noise traveled from the lobby to the 1st floor. The restaurants on the grounds are very convenient and great for last bite to eat before turning in for the evening."

"4 night stay was excellent. Overall the staff was super friendly and helpful and breakfast staff was hardworking and efficient. Breakfast choices were plentiful and really good and healthy. Loved the cappuccino machine and fresh pastries too. Hotel was quiet at night and bed was comfortable. Room felt a bit cramped and not enough bathroom hooks to hang wet towels. The only negative is the hotel’s location-although it felt safe and was nice and quiet- is a bit far from the nearest tube stop Pimilco and walking to Parliament area is approximately 14-15 minutes away. There are plenty of busstops nearby and we chose this option often, plus it was cheaper than the tube. If you want hustle and bustle then this hotel location is not it. I would recommend this hotel highly if you want clean, quiet, fantastic breakfast, super staff, and safe area and don’t mind walking."

"Great location - very handy to the Tower Hill tube station and walking along the Thames. Great sized room with excellent storage and lovely bathroom. I would definitely request a room facing the Tower of London because the other side of the hotel view isn't great. Unfortunately room wasn't as photographed. Lacked soft furnishings, a rug (was hard flooring), cushions, sofa etc - basically nothing as pictured. When I mentioned this to the manager he said it was the Expedia photos but I then checked the hotel's website, and the same photos were loaded as Expedia. Bed was extremely hard - very uncomfortable and colleagues of ours staying mentioned the same. "Like sleeping on plywood" their words not mine. Hotel said they would put a mattress topper on the bed, but was in the end just a duvet underneath. Very easy things to fix Tower Suites!! Otherwise it would have been great. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good."
