"No coffee machine, floor was very cold to walk on.
The room was heated via a heat pump, not ideal as it created more draft than warmth.
A heated towel rail is a must as you are requested to retain your towels to "save the environment"."

"The property is beautiful! However, if you are touring NZ during the day, you will miss using all of the amenities. The coffee store opens at 10. Breakfast is served starting at 8 am. Cheese shop and wine bar close at 6. We missed it all! This is a spa destination for New Zealanders, not a place for tourists."
