"I called in my reservation, many weeks before trip and asked for a Handicap room. On arrival they said the room was not available. We checked out and only stayed the night in a regular room. T.S. Arizona"

"We were woken up at 2:30 a.m. to a loud crash. I was in one bed my sister was in the other one, we got up to see whay happened and the entire solid wood head board had fallen off of the wall directly over top of her head. We had to call the front desk, a worker came to remove it and I had to assist him to get it off of the bed. He left a note for management they avoided me never called me about the incident. I would have thought a refund at the MINIMUM was in order. DANGEROUS, TERRIBLE HOTEL!!!"

"The staff was wonderful for our 7 day trip! Breakfast was delicious and clean each morning. The only issue we had was the ice machine out of order a few days but there was a baseball tournament that weekend with lots of players staying at the hotel. Didn't bother us. We still enjoyed our trip!"

"The bathtub had clumps of hair in the drain and the shower head looked gross. The sheets seemed fine though."
