"It was clean but just dilapidated there were paint stains in the bathroom, the floor felt very squishy, trim pieces missing just those sorts of things. And the washer has a really bad mildew smell. The parking is very tight, especially if you have more than one vehicle."

Communication with the management company was poor, quoted three different pet fees different from the listing. The owner honored what was in the listing. The mgmt provided different door codes and different check in/out instructions from the app or the info onsite. "
