"The property was well secured and upon arrival everything was in order. Soon after settling in the trash was not taken out as required by the prior tenant. Surfaces were not cleaned well (the dinning room table had crumbs), there was pet food around the dog bed, toilets were not flushing well, the dishwasher failed to fill once, and one of the stove burners would not shut off (we contacted the management company to resolve that).
