"I stayed at this hotel 14 years ago and it’s gone downhill considerably since my prior visit. The hotel refused to give me the room I reserved and instead put me in an “upgraded” patio room on the second floor facing the backlot of the pool. So much for my deluxe Mountain View room.
Staff was no help when I asked for the correct room and refused to provide any amenities or assistance when I asked. Similarly, Expedia was no help when I asked for their assistance.

"breakfast was excellent!! room was clean worth the money. The only problem is i booked for 3 person in a room with King bed and a sofa bed. I didn’t know we have to do it ourselves making the sofa bed ready and get the linen n pillow in their front desk. What an aweful service considering how much they charge for a room"
