"Wir hatten ein Standard Mobil Home: Das ganze Mobil Home hat stark nach Urin gestunken - das war wohl das Putzmittel, trotzdem ist es alles andere als angenehme gewesen. Des Weiteren war es nicht sauber und überall waren Ameisen, Boden, Küchenschränken, am Kühlschrank - auch auf den Betten. "Weather was great, hotel was amazing, wonderful food, great pool, spotlessly clean, very helpful staff All in all: brilliant"

"The property is beautiful and courteous staff. Breakfast service was brilliant. We had issue with room, booked room for 2 adults and 2 kids, walked into room with no second bed made and with only 2 set of towels. Highlighted the issue but was only given 2 extra bath towels, had to go to reception and request for linen to make the second bed, which was do promptly after that. Next day when we returned in the evening to the room, the towels were not replenished again and the toilet was not cleaned, nut beds were made and bins were emptied. Asked about any different procedure we need to follow to make sure towels are replenished. Came back 3 night, again towels were not changed and toilets were not cleaned. We did raise the concern with reception team. We paid £934 for 3 nights and the brand of the hotel carries a value, we were taken aback and confused with our experience. Just wanted to highlight, if there is a different procedure to get linen n towels changed, then that should be informed at the time of check in as we never had this experience before. Hope this feedback would be taken in right sense."

"PROS - Hotel is very nicely themed throughout and has a premium feel. The shop in the lobby is open until 00:30 which means you can grab snacks after the shows. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool is really nice and they give you fresh towels when you go in, they also have a clothes spinner to wring out your wet clothes. There is a shuttle bus but unless you have mobility issues or have lots of luggage its a nice 5-10 minutes stroll through Disney Village. We asked for a high up room and was given a very good room with a view (unexpected) so can't fault that at all. The rooms have a coffee machine and some nice touches like stationery, postcard, themed cups etc. Beds are comfortable and a large TV. Room wasn't huge by any stretch but as a base it was great and after the night time shows not having to fight for a bus and just walk back was a dream. Excellent left luggage facilities too. All staff excellent really. Plenty of lifts to/from different floors and direct path to Disney village with much quieter security gate CONS - Outdoor pool didn't open until later in the day - it was 35 degrees they could have tried to get that open for the early swimmers. No fridge as standard. TV was mounted so no option to add your own USB devices. Bath was small, sufficient for a child but if you're hoping for a big soak then a standard room isn't the answer. Didn't try any food as didn't arrive until late and checked out next day"

"We stayed during a heat wave and the air-conditioning and ice machines couldn't cope. Apparently it is being renovated which it needs. Our bathroom plugs didn't plug, the bathroom door didn't fully close . However, we weren't visiting to stay in a hotel so none of this really mattered. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We couldn't book a reservation for food but it was not an issue as we ate at the parks. For what you need, its fine."
