"An older motel but, very clean. Everything worked as it should, which is important. I'm a diabetic. Insulin needs to stay cold. I do a lot of traveling and many motels have bad refrigerators. The refrigerator here even had a working freezer. The people here were friendly and helpful as well."

"Excellent complimentary breakfast. The weekend hours of starting at 7:00 made a tight schedule for our Tours but the staff’s efficiency had things usually set up a few minutes early which helped tremendously, especially for early morning tour times and those of us taking medication etc. "

"This is a great hotel at a great price! The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the entire area around the hotel was very nice and quiet. The staff was super friendly and very helpful and the restaurant was simply amazing. Great food at a fantastic price. "The property was amazing! Very comfortable accommodating everything you needed. The biggest surprise is how wonderful the grounds were. There was a Koi fish pond, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit and hammock didn't get to enjoy it as much as I'd like to but I will add an extra day next time to do that A very wonderful Host, Kimberlie was amazing, very responsive, great instructions Anytime I need to go to Las Animas again, I hope this property is available because that's where I'm staying"
