"Very nice sized room, super clean! Beds and bedding comfy! Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Air conditioning was fantastic! A little disappointed in the breakfast, as there were no protein offerings. Waffles were great, but could have used some sugar free syrup. No swimming pool here. Overall pleased as it's basically right across the street from where we were going."

"The front desk staff had a very poor attitude and showed a lack of basic customer service skills. I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived to check in, she told me the hotel was fully booked and there was no room available for me. What was most disappointing was that she did not try to help resolve the issue or offer any solution. Instead, she kept shifting the responsibility and blaming others. A front desk employee should take initiative to assist guests when problems happen, not...

"Pool was out of service most of our days there. I had to buy tickets to a water park so the kids could swim. I choose this hotel because of the indoor pool.breakfast was cold, but clean. Stop serving at 900 when everything was gone."
