"Place was OK. We asked for a Water/Town view 3 times doing the process. Got a room looking at a hill with trees.
Was issued a 80.00 parking ticket because I was one spot away from where I should have been. They never delineated where to park in the underground garage. They share with another lodge and I was in one of their spots i guess. We are on the hook to dispute it, when I feel the staff could have communicated this issue way better. That said it holds 150 vehicles and there was 20 in it...

"I have never in all my years of travelling EVER
stayed in such a horrible property. Definitely should not be included in a Hyatt .
The a ir conditioning is SHUT. We had to stay in
78 degrees room, no one was at front desk. To save money, it comes to be, they shut the air in the rooms. IN AUGUST !
I called in the morning to complain. Still no one at the front."
