"The staff was nice, straight forward with the check in. The area, I didn’t feel safe, loud music, people talking, men wandering in the complex, and dogs barking. The room floors were dirty, like no one swept it in days. The bath tub had hair in it and the shampoo bottles were all messy. The sink also had hair in it and counters weren’t wiped down. Also the mirror, door knobs and side tables were not cleaned. Just over all terrible cleanness. "

They were knowledgeable and quick to respond when I needed them and they didn’t disturb my peace during my time of hardship.
