"The man working the front desk was very kind and helpful, very customer-service oriented. The property location is easy to get in and out of the parking lot, but parking is pretty limited. They were booked up last night and there was no parking available except on the very backside of the lot. There is also graffiti on the side and back of the building, and it looks pretty sketchy out back.
There are no elevators to the 2nd floor. This is not a handicap friendly or accessible hotel.

"Plenty to do here. The breakfast is alright here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is close to many food and shopping options. If you are traveling to the base it’s a very short drive. The only thing we weren’t aware of is a parking fee of $4.99 a night."

"Place was ghetto, in a rough part of town and it was not clear from the description that this a motel with your room door facing the outside of the "hotel" which is completely unsecured. I pulled up after dark and did not feel comfortable checking in as a single female traveling alone with a child. Booked at a different Best Western near Six Flags and it was a world of difference!"

"We flew in for the F1 Race and apparently it is a thing to not turn on the heat at this hotel unless you absolutely need it. Our room was 65 degrees and we wanted to turn on the heat since we don't normally sleep when it is this cool. This hotel informed us that they weren't going to turn on the heat but they could send us up blankets? found out in the morning they could have sent up a space heater as well.
This is really not the customary level room were were used to with the Wyndham brand....

"Beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was disappointingly dirty. We went and got our own cleaning supplies for the bathroom. They had placed a "wet floor" sign as you could see there was a spill, but it was never cleaned up., we could see and smell the spill the following day. The hot tub had only 2 operational jets. The water seemed clean. The breakfast buffet was another disappointment. Runny eggs, (of course) the cereal I wanted, dispenser was not working. Four different juices were...
