"The hotel staff was amazing! The hotel has potential but we had a couple incidents - Water was locked off twice - We called and it was rectified in a couple of minutes tho. In using the pool we asked for additional towel - We were told by the manager that there are NO extra towels. He eventually said he went to another room and got us 2 towels. We requested housekeeping on the second day of our stay - they forgot and it had to be put off to the next day. The hotel is surrounded by mangrove so...

"The Cabana was very roomy, sleeps 3. Very clean and updated. Need to change the bathroom floors to tile, as water leaking from the shower stall raises the vinyl plank floors. Best views of the ocean, as property sits on Store Bay, very calm and beautiful beach. The breakfast was very good, but having to wait 1/2 hour for a French Toast with fruit at 7:45 am was too long. Front staff were very pleasant and helpful . Highly recommend this property for its location . Will stay again."
