"Expedia has that the room i selected has soaking tubs inside room and also has a pic to show but the hotel has 1 room like that and hotel would not accommodate since i got room through expedia. I picked that hotel specifically for the soaking tub and i got no soaking tub. Paid extra for the room when there was 3-4 rooms under mine i could have gotten. And i got this room way out of my way for the soaking tub. Ruined my whole trip and want a refund! Wont be using expedia ever again...
