Perfect, Relaxing Getaway

If you want peace, quiet and an extremely beautiful and relaxing place, this is it! This is our second time and the facilities are only exceeded by the hosts.

A slice of heaven in Citrus County

I needed to find accomidations close to my home for a friend that was coming from out of town while my house was undergoing renovations. It was a fantastic find, it is in a very beautiful part of the county with lots of farms around it close to parks and the "city" of Inverness and Floral City. Peter and Nancy and all their horses make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The access road is unpaved but easily traveled by car or truck. If you need a "get away" this is the place to leave the troubles of the world behind.

I have to be honest

We booked a stay here for a couple of days, but we ended up deciding to stay somewhere else after the ranch told me that they do not allow horseback riding at the ranch. I asked via text message if there was anything else to do at the ranch or a website that I can find, but the question went unanswered. I texted the owner and let them know in advance that I did not intend to stay and asked if I could still stop by to look at the horses. They did not answer about the horses. They only responded by letting me know that I could not get a refund. I never asked for or expected a refund but I did want to at least see the horses. Again, my question went unanswered

When we booked this property,we knew it was a unique experience. What we didn't expect was the exceptional commitment to excellence,from the quarters,surrounding property,food(get the breakfast, it's excellent)and overall impeccable appearance!! There wasn't any need that had been forgotten and attended to. Oh and don't forget the beautiful horses!!

Nice stay

This is a very nice place to stay for something different. Quite a large property with many horses. Must be a lot of work to take care of. Be sure to follow the directions they send on how to get there as GPS will take you on a hard to drive dirt road.

Absolutely one of the best places my husband and I have visited. The grounds are amazing with Spanish moss covered oaks, beautiful pastures, quiet and peaceful. Horses wander in the pastures and two of the friendliest German shepherds greet visitors. The house is immaculate and nicely decorated. The hosts were friendly, gracious and kind.

What great place! This was the ultimate chill experience. It was amazing to sit in the hot tub and watch the beautiful show horses in running in the field. Peter and Nancy were fantastic hosts. So thankful I found this enchanting place.

If you're looking for a relaxing, quiet and peaceful getaway, then this is the place for you. Beautiful serene countryside. Wake up to the sound of horses neighing. Unlike other B&Bs there is a charge for breakfast, but it is worth it. You will not go away hungry.

We had a phenomenal stay at the ranch that was beyond our expectations. This is truly a gem in the middle of rural Florida. The ranch is operated by a very nice Dutch family. They were friendly and kind enough to show us around the property and give us a chance to pet the horses. The owner was very attentive to our every need and took the initiative to turn on the fireplace in the pool area while we were relaxing in the hot tub. The next day he cooked us breakfasts, including some crepes for dessert. We truly had a wonderful time. Thank you!
