"We came into this not expecting much given some of the reviews but upon arrival, we were very pleased at the size, layout and impeccable condition of both our particular unit and the facility as a whole - all residing withing the very well-managed Sandestin complex. The listing wasn't clear that we would have two bedrooms AND two baths but that was a nice surprise. Pools were extremely well managed and water was conditioned perfectly. "Property was clean, quiet and had a good vibe to it. Breakfast was available down stairs in a restaurant setting, you got seated, ordered off the menu and they brought your food out fresh and hot then you paid for it. The beach was just a short distance across the street. The hotel had a shuttle cart to take you for your convenience. There was a grocery store within walking distance. I highly recommend this place. "
