"The hotel is literally falling apart everywhere. The staff are beyond unhappy and make it completely clear they do not want to be there. The doors to the rooms apparently need replacing and it is almost impossible to get into them. You have to pull the door to you and spend up to 10 minutes trying to get the card reader to turn green so you can get in, I had to get help more than once which they weren't nice about & I heard two other separate people having the same problems, they also had to get the front staff to help after struggling for a long time. Once in the room EVERY surface is covered in something VERY sticky that won't come up, the carpets are disgusting & sticky. There's thick dust on the overhead fan and most the furniture including the bathroom. Folded cardboard is shoved under the corners of most the furniture. When I went to secure the door and go to sleep I discovered that the safety latch wasn't even on the door correctly, it was crooked from being broken off before, and the door lock doesn't even line up with the door frame so you can't actually lock it. I only felt remotely safe since it's already so difficult to get in the room. The bed is lumpy and hard as a board so I got zero rest.The full breakfast was not at all as advertised. It was stale bagels & breads, concerning sausage links, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal waffle maker. I was told the pool & hot tub aren't heated. "

"Nice hotel but in a not so safe area- lots of homeless and very little restaurants and stores- seemed like an abandoned city. Still the hotel was upscale and nice to bring a dog. "

"Parking was gated. Doors only open with card after certain hours. Safety measures in place!"

"There is a musty smell as soon as you enter the lobby, the carpet in the hallways is old and stained, the room smells musty too. The towels and sheets were clean, but the comforter was lumpy and smelled like mildew. The sleeper couch was also stained and lumpy. Thankfully our teenager could sleep on it, but said it was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was the best part. Lots of choices: eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, fruit, waffles, yogurt, bagels and bread, instant oatmeal, juice and coffee. The staff were also friendly for the most part. "

"Super clean, well decorated, spacious. Such a well thought out and planned layout. Gives a 5 star hotel vibes. The place smells great, loved the bed placement facing the windows. The bedding was comfortable too. We all slept well. Just bring conditioner, they have the rest int their refilling pumps in the shower. All the art exhibits are beautiful. Loved the dog treats. Breakfast choice and the Coffee was excellent. I can go on and on. Would highly recommend this place."
