"The service as far as asking questions, they didn't want to be bothered since we reserved under a third party. The bed in the room was as hard as a rock. The noise level was horrible. People above were loud and obnoxious. Was not real happy and didn't get much rest while traveling out the next morning. Was not a pleasant stay."

"Great property, friendly staff, convenient location just off I-20. This is our 4th stay at this property. Recently renovated (as of 05/2026). Property management MUST walk around with a punch list. Not super important to our stay, but the brand new faucet in our room was leaking (poor installation). Took a while to locate our room because the number fell from the wall, the lobby elevator buttons were pushed through the sheetrock, limited parking since the back side of the property was...

"Unfortunately the small fridge did not work properly and we had to throw away all of our food. The TV did not work properly either with no guide on it. My sisters room had all sorts of stains on the carpet along with stains on her towels. I will say the staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly. None of these things were in their control. "

When multiple guests tried to get the lady's attention behind the counter, it was a challenge. She stayed in the room to the left beside the counter, and acted very inconvenienced when someone said hello or tapped on the counter to get her attention. She was notified that there was no milk, the waffle batter was out, and only 2 pieces...
