"The check-in process was easy. The staff are very friendly. But the room itself was lacking. The King bed only had 2 pillows, not 4. The bathroom only contained one bath towel, one hand towel, and the bath rug. No washcloth. The quality of the towels was not high…they were thin and not fluffy. The shower floor was very slippery when wet, and was not safe. Amenities were lacking: no coffee maker, no clock, and the tv was very small."

"The problem is the hotel charges more as the view improves but in our case the room quality went down equally . The better view rooms should be at least as nice as the lower floor rooms. Our room also ran out of toilet paper, the sink was plugged and drained slowly, floors were dirty and room had damages such as scuffs and peeling finishes. The room was smaller than our friends rooms on lower levels as well. It’s just not worth 200$ extra for a better view and to lose quality ."

"I had a great stay here in Budapest. The location was excellent, felt very safe, and the hotel itself was clean. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere had such a good vibe.
The 24-hour reception was also a huge plus since we arrived late at night and were still able to check in easily. They also helped organize our airport transfer, which made everything much less stressful.
I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone...
