"cushions soft,bed hard,Never changed the linen ,No water on arrival had to ask a few times was told no more left!,Breakfast was good ,No English language movie or such channels on Tv not even with subtitles,carpet had some stains on it, Rather a distance from all the attractions but trains,trams just outside the door that can get you to anywhere
Generally the Hotel is okay sort of good, The staff were fine
So will i be back to this Hotel,Yes i will and it will cost half the amount of money i...

"10/10 I can’t fault this hotel. Absolutely stunning decor. A wow as soon as you walk in. Polite and helpful staff. our room was ready as soon as we arrived at 12pm so we didn’t have to wait. The room was in fantastic condition with very comfortable beds and stunning decor. The shower was amazing. Dressing gowns and slippers in the rooms. Rooms come with spa access and the spa was beautiful and so well kept. Long pool which was warm, with 8 loungers, a big sauna, a steam room, and treatment...

"The hotel is new, very clean and brilliantly decorated with really bright vibrant rooms. The bar and breakfast area is light and airy. The breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable. We had two rooms and found one lovely and comfortable the other a little small with a window that faced into the bar area which could be a bit noisy at times."

"We had a suite (1 bedroom and lounge converted into 2 beds) on the 5th floor facing the river Danube.
It was clean, very quiet but also quite hot (radiator under sink in bathroom was on full blast when we arrived and the aircon didn’t do anything.
The bathroom was a bit smelly even at that height (drains). This lessened when the shower etc had been used and was fine if you kept the bathroom door shut!
It was worth it for the view and location though but I’d definitely rate it more a 3 star...
