"It was a good hotel for a stopover with the airport shuttle service. The room was a little tired looking and the hallway carpet could do with a good clean, which would improve the appearance of the hotel. Friendly receptionist and bar food was fine."

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel una notte prima di prendere il volo da Malpensa, in una camera quadrupla. La camera è spaziosa, composta da un letto matrimoniale e da un letto a castello. L’ambiente è pulito anche se è datato, come tutto l’hotel. Il punto di forza è il servizio navetta, dalle 5 alle 22, da e per Malpensa. "The hotel is located on the mountain and the view of lake Lugano is spectacular. As it turns out, the rest of the experience was less so. We arrived around 10pm and by then, the kitchen was closed. The staff reluctantly served us drinks while at the same time wiping tables and closing down - despite the fact that the bar was supposed to stay open for another 30 minutes.
