"This property has an amazing location that is walkable to downtown. It is well maintained and has the great relaxed vacation vibe with for hanging out at the firepits and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the suite was stocked with everything we needed for comfort. The staff was very responsive and very accommodating. We would stay hear again anytime we go to Estes Park."

"We came for the first time and stayed two nights for spring break. It was not very busy at all and unfortunately one of the coldest days we had in awhile, but all the indoor activities made up for it. We stayed in a lodge and it was pretty outdated but we were really only in it to sleep, it was a very affordable trip especially with so many activities included. Food was great too, our kids loved the buffet/cafeteria style. We will definitely be back"

"The room itself was clean, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff at the property were rude and unwelcoming, and the representative I spoke with on the phone to obtain my access key was equally rude and unhelpful. A pleasant stay starts with respectful customer service, and unfortunately this hotel failed in that regard. I would not stay here again based on the way guests are treated"

"Hot tub and staff were wonderful. Difficult to cook because of the tiny space. Stairs leading up to the cabin are hard for the elderly."

"Clean rooms"

"The rooms were clean, gave us 4 sets of towels(so many places gave us 2), towels were refreshed and beds made, breakfast could have been better..not much for fruit, tiny yogurts, had lots of coffee though! The rooms could be bigger, so hard to place all our luggage. Would most definitely stay here again. So close to downtown. We had Elk walk through the hotel sitting area. Complementary s’mores!"

"Property was well maintained however the parking was not that much convenient being on the hills. Location was convenient and close to the Rocky Mountain national park - bear lake side. Breakfast was ok. Overall a good experience."

"There is a mold issue in the bathroom, No vent fan. You can see mold on the ceiling and a couple place around the tub. The shower grab bar is loose and is not very secure. I did not notice it till a few days into our stay but there was a couple stain spots or maybe dirty spots on the bottom sheet on the right corner near where your feet would be at. Like the sheet had not been changed. I liked the black out curtains on the glass door. It would be nice if there was this type of curtain on the...
