"The room was clean as always and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was included hot and very good. I take a lot of cruises and this is my go to hotel when I cruise out of Miami. I have stayed there as a solo traveler, with my husband and we have traveled with our grandsons and stayed there. We have always been very happy. I remember the first time we arrived at it from the airport and the Uber driver said we were at one of the best hotels in Miami and he was right! 5 stars out of 5 for sure!"

"It was cheap and well located. The air conditioning was very loud and didn’t work well. The shower dribbled on you and the sink didn’t empty. We looked on the pool which had large missing pieces of plaster in the bottom. The place wasn’t for me and I won’t go back."

"Check-In and out was easy. Very helpful staff. I called down for bedding for the pull-out bed and had to go down to the desk to get it myself. I thought it would have been helpful to have it delivered. They were very helpful about storing luggage for those of us who were going on a cruise. The breakfast was good. I wish there would have been a hot tub."

"Great convenient location, excellent value for Brickell, quiet spot. Really liked the self parking in the hotel garage at prices much less than neighboring hotels. Publix across the street and near the train. "
