"Cute hotel, the things we don’t like was that if you’re on the second floor you need to carry your luggage and if you’re on the first floor like we were in front of the pool, I felt the room was not soundproof at all, I heard the kids in the pool as if they were with me in the room"

Tiên was wonderful- he went above and beyond to ensure things were comfortable throughout my stay, including providing recommendations and support.
