"The room was super clean that was great! AC was super cold and that was huge, definitely need cold AC. There are a lot of amenities, which is great. Though the restaurant/bar closes too early, 10pm seems way too early for a hotel/resort in Key West. Also, would have been nice breakfast was more easily accessible. We were on the 3rd floor, and the elevator was not working properly, the button to call it to go down was not working so we called it to go up, and then once inside the elevator, the button for the 1st floor wasn’t working, so we then had to go walk down from the 4th floor with our luggage to get to our truck. When we checked out the staff wrote down our concerns with the elevator, though didn’t even offer to discount our stay for the huge inconvenience. Overall the stay was good but it could have been better."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location while away from the “main event” was easily accessible by their hourly shuttle. They just went through a management/onwership change so it’s also the called the Hilton Marina. Construction during the summer months is pretty typical and wasn’t a major distraction. Food at the onsite restaurant was tasty with some other options about 20 mins walking."

"I have to start with the pool! The pool area and grounds were absolutely fantastic and the water is recycled & cooled every morning. Very clean and pool was never overcrowded! Balcony is a plus. It is a nice space to utilize to sit and relax out of the sun. Beautiful views. On the other hand, the rooms need some TLC. The kitchen was extremely outdated and beds were uncomfortable. My wife experienced a kink in her neck from the extremely uncomfortable beds. The sliding patio door did not lock properly and the front door insulation around the door was torn so you could see through the sides and feel hot air coming into the room. Furniture was OLD and outdated, couch was uncomfortable. Parking was great. Food at the Overall would give it a 7 out of 10. It was pricey for what you get. Great location to airport. Plane noise was loud but not an issue."

"The Staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed for two nights in a king suite. Our room was clean. We left the bathroom light on and a few flying bugs collected in the shower but not a problem because I figured, that's Florida. If we needed any extra sheets for our pull out we could easily ask the front desk and it was brought up by housekeeping. Shower worked well and shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided. The AC worked well. We did not use the laundry rooms, $4 for each load to was and $4 to dry. Only one available. The pool was only open till 10pm. Although I wouldn't see a 24hr pool open an issue due to no lifeguard on duty, maybe it's an insurance liability for the property. Breakfast was convenient. Breakfast sandwiches warmed and ready to eat (usually sausage, egg and cheese). Also tasty pastries, hard-boiled eggs, condiments, juice, coffee (all day) and the 1st day chocolate milk! The eating area was under construction so it was convenient to grab and go back to your room or eat around the property at different tables around. Parking was convenient. The shuttle to downtown Key West was fantastic. No need to drive or find extra parking. You had to just call ahead to confirm your departure and number of riders. Pick up was punctual. Overall a really good stay! I'd definitely go back!"
