"The slow suites Chueca advertise as 3.5 stars but I found it at sane level as other 2 stars places I stayed in Madrid, Seville or Barcelona. It was a bit too expensive for us to begin with and check-in process was too complicated. There was no real Front Desk where you can meet someone in person, only calling a Helpdesk. No concierge option for luggage, only offered a tiny storage at additional charge. This was the most expensive hotel out of the 4 hotels we stayed in Spain had no real front...

"I was unable to go into the property i waited outside the property gate for almost 20mins in the cold thankfully a guest who was headed out opened the gate and that was how I was able to get into the properties concierge. And the WiFi kept disconnecting from my devices all the time I have to keep reconnecting over again from time to time. And then 3 days to the end of my stay at the property my room keys stopped working I went and on my way back on getting to the property my key didn’t work I...

"The location is fantastic and the room itself quite nice, but the airconditioner was on in February and I was unable to turn on the heat to warm up the room. Moreover, the shower was broken, with water coming out of a broken pipe rather than either of the shower heads. Clearly, both these problems existed before my arrival. No action taken by the hotel staff when I reported these problems. Shame."
