"The room was cleaned when requested. Service prompt when needed things(towels, toilet paper, bottled water etc.). The view was nice from the patio/balcony. Kid friendly, and loved that they had a private beach on the property. Everyone was nice and greeted any time we passed by. Breakfast was kept up and had a good variety. Johnny and Aliza were helpful during breakfast. Would recommend staying at this place and will be returning in the future. "

"Staff was excellent, especially Mich and Abigail who welcomed us on that first day. I think the primarily worked at the Saffron cafe. Breakfast was awesome. I love how the staff remembered my coffee preference and the wide variety of breakfast offering. Leave room for croissants. Jennifer and Zhenn were great at keeping my room cleaned. If you ever use the spa Zeth was great. She helped ease the pain in my lower back. Location was a pleasant change from the crowds of station 2 and 3. You practically had the beach to yourself at certain times of the day. I had a deluxe seaview room and i loved waking up to the view of the ocean. Will definitely come back"

"Room was clean & bed was cozy. Although I didn’t need room service for my stay they still left a note every day saying they stopped by & the DND sign was up. The real 5 stars goes to Maria. She helped me get my passport & wallet back after I left it in the safe & had already been leaving the dock to head to the airport. She made it an easy smooth process & not stressful at all. Thankfully my friend had a friend pick it up for me at the hotel & dropped it off in Manila. Thank you again Maria! Will definitely be saying here again. Staff is amazing & very helpful getting you safely across the street to beach access & the best breakfast buffet you will ever have. 10/10 recommend! "

"Extremely convenient. It's attached to a mall so it has a super market, laundry, ATM, food, department store etc. Free shuttle to the main part of town. Also there are always trikes available immediately outside for hire if you don't want to wait for the shuttle. Room was nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was great no issues, hot and cold water was also reliable. During night time the street near the hotel has a lot of street food which is great if you want to try more local stuff. "
