The staff were very accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The schedule of their complimentary shuttle going to D’mall was very convenient for us. Thank you, Chancellor hotel for making our Boracay trip worthwhile.

Low season and low occupancy so excellent time to be there. Yapak is good area to be away from the masses and the hotel does its best to put on a fair shuttle service into Station 2. Highly recommend the transport assistance from port or airport offered by the hotel. Food was good but the general area lacks many options but I expect that was down to low season. You soon learn to eat out or use the hotel cafe or tuck shop.

Very private and clean beaches area at new coast Oceanside. The services and the front desk lobby staff are very helpful and friendly. My family will plan to visit the Chancellor Hotel again.

We stayed here for 4 days and we extended our stay for another 5 days because everyone are so helpful and very nice and breakfast buffet is amazing! Staffs are wonderful. They answered all our questions and we had some complications in the beginning and all the staff was so patient. Pool is so nice as well, I definitely recommend this place

The staff at the hotel are amazing. They are second to none. Our room was great and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job daily. The white sand beach was awesome as well. The only issues we had were getting a frozen drink served at the pool bar took a long time. Also one other issue, the TV in the room has very selective programming which is not a good thing on rainy days. However, all in all the Chancellor Hotel is a great place to stay. I can’t say enough good things about the staff.

Staff was good . Room was okay but it needs maintenance. This hotel is convenient to resto and train station. Stayed for 2 days and paid for 3 nights . We had to fly early back . Hope I can get a refund :) .

The staff was amazing. The rooms were always cleaned, the transportation was available when they said that it would be. I will recommend this hotel stay to all traveling to Boracay
