"Good Morning We would like to share our disappointment with our stay at this hotel Firstly we were given a room with 2double beds and no balcony for our 7 night stay. After speaking with the Manager and waiting around and much stress, we were given an upgraded room. Then to find out 2 swimming pools and some restaurants/vars were under renovation and not open, we were not notified of this , as we would have previously changed hotels To find out that you can only get out of the hotel on go...

If you are flying into Caticlan I would strongly recommend purchasing the transfer directly from Henan as the airport is very small and it gets really hectic exiting. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 11 year old and we got picked up by a bus at airport taken to the boat transfer and transferred to another bus once you get to Boracay. They organized our transfer to and from the airport which was extremely convenient. "We had a great stay at Feliz Hotel - very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, great location in the middle of bustling District 2. Great assistance by the staff scheduling activities, airport transfers. Only downside is that our room was interior - view out our window was of the hotel wall just a few feet away - disappointing for a beach resort not to have nice view and natural light."
