This resort should be fabulous, it looks the part, but thats it. It fail to deliver on customer experience, hospitality or service. Food is disappointing, severely lacking in choice, with not even a cooked to order egg option. Dishes are left open for the flies to walk all over. Often you have to queue outside to get into breakfast. Limited fresh fruit on offer, no oodles etc.
Our corridor to room overlooked loads of rubbish. Cocktails were weak and flavourless and God forbid you complain, they don't take constructive criticism, just demand payment. There are mildly threatening notices everywhere, pay for this, don't leave leftovers or we charge 300php, lose the towel card we'll charge you 900php. It was a horribly uncomfortable atmosphere here and there are better hotels for your money. They want you to email them your booking when you are standing in front of them with it open on your phone, when Expedia of course have already sent them your booking details and you've handed over your passports. Be warned they also want a 2000php deposit each day for incidentals. The nicest staff there are the maintenance and house keeping personnel. The rest need a lesson in hospitality.
