8/10 Good
"Reception staff are friendly and want to help but they don't have much English, this is a good time for us to practice the bits of Spanish we have picked up along the way.the room was clean and cleaned daily, bathe location was on a main road which makes getting the bus easy and there is no noise intrusion from the road. The included half board is a little basic but we always found something to eat that was ok, breakfast the same. Overall a nice hotel, don't expect 5star luxury but for the price, a good choice. Also not being too close to the beach you have to plan what you are doing so you get more from your stay than where everything is laid out for you."

8/10 Good
"Check in was quick and the staff member on reception was extremely helpful both at check-in and afterwards. One of our 3 rooms (401) suffers road traffic noise from early morning and is also next to the lift. The air conditioning in all three rooms is noisy but was not too obtrusive. Service at the reception bar was slow at times as the only two staff were also working in the restaurant, they were extremely helpful but had too much to do for two people. Overall it was a pleasant stay, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and every member of staff we spoke to was very professional. We would stay again. And the eclipse was everything we expected."
