"This was a great experience right from the start. We pulled down the small street, up close to the door, and immediately Thomas greeted us. The valet driver appeared, and off went our car to a safe location. We sat at the desk to check in, were offered a beverage, and our luggage was whisked off to our room. As we entered the room, we gasped…absolutely beautiful design and decoration. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend"

"El hotel posee una de las mejores ubicaciones de Madrid, totalmente céntrico, un desayuno con variedad de productos para elegir y un personal agradable y atento, especial el personal de Frontdesk quienes me apoyaron con un estoy check in sin ningún cobro o inconveniente, la vista desde la terraza te permite ver Madrid 360 grados, único tema especial que están en proceso de renovación que aún no culmina, pero el ruido está siendo muy bien manejado"
