Clean and well-kept room, numerous accessories and services provided to the customer, such as welcome snacks and complimentary water, and Rituals branded soap and shampoo. Welcoming, charming and friendly staff. They have come to meet all our needs and requirements, including food allergies and intolerance. A great overhaul experience. Highly recommended"

"Needed somewhere in Derry for a few days whilst visiting family. Very pleased that I found the snug, quiet, clean , comfortable with absolutely everything you would need for a stay in Derry. Spacious lounge, comfortable bed and a well equipped little kitchen complete with some cereals and coffee and some milk in the fridge. Absolutely top of my list for my next visit to the city."
