"There was issues with TV but clerk helped. Toilet kept running, room smelled like mildew,AC made noise and the absolute worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. the sausage gravy tasted like dishwater, eggs had no flavor and the meat dish was breaded chicken filet!!!! chicken filet???? Turned keys into clerk never got a bill not even email. The staff was helpful though."

"Easy access off I-95. Plenty of eating options around the hotel. Traffic is a bit congested around 5:00 pm and 8:00 am but expect that around Richmond. Rooms were spacious. A bit older hotel which could use an update. Breakfast area a bit tight first thing in the morning. Actually took mine back to my room to eat."

"The room was typical for a hotel and the bed was not the comfiest. But the reason I am giving 5 stars is I left my expensive wireless earbuds in the room. I didn't even notice they were missing when the hotel called me an hour or so after I checked out. They walked me through how I can ship them back to me and were very accommodating and responsive in this stressful time. Big props for the cleaning staff for grabbing them, and the front desk for communicating with me. Having them be this helpful...

"The room and hotel were wonderful. The room was spacious and kitchen and bathroom was very nice. At check in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and also in other cities."

"Don’t never stay at this place. It’s run down bad. Water leaks. Only one elevator works for 5 floors . Pool has never been cleaned and open. When you take a shower takes about 4 hrs for the water to drain."

"Clean and nice smelling room. Housekeeper was friendly. Front desk person did his best to find two rooms next to each other for me and my wife and for my daughter and her family. Breakfast was good and all attended."

"This hotel was everything I look for in a hotel when booking! It was super clean from walking the hotel entrance in to the room. Although the water pressure seemed a little low while showering and flushing of the toilet, it didn’t overshadow the good. This hotel didn’t serve complimentary breakfast, however they had purchasable items. It didn’t have a pool but it didn’t need one! It had a basketball court, gated pet friendly play area with activities, 2 fire pits with lounging area and a whole...
