Hotel dekat Castlewood

"everything"

"Hotel was good. My room was clean. Sheets and bathroom were clean. Stuff was super friendly and attentive. When we checked in the reception was friendly and explained everything to a T. We had breakfast before we left. Breakfast was actually good for it being complimentary. The stuff who overseen breakfast was friendly and asked if we needed anything else before she closed down the breakfast area."

"TV didn’t work, staff wasn’t helpful. It didn’t work throughout the stay. Staff made not much effort to fix or offer options. Just said we called TV company and “they will do what they can”. Nothing was done."

"Fix the water pressure and warmth of your showers!!!"

"Very lovely place to stay highly recommended"

"5th floor hot h2o is barely warm..could be certain hours due to use"

"The service here was excellent. I was there for a wedding and the front desk staff helped me on a few occasions. Great people!"

"The staff were extremely helpful, rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was not included in the price of the room. That was our only complaint."

"Staff was lovely and gave us another room when we asked because ours smelled like smoke. Then fixed the toilet in the new room. Breakfast was minimal, pillows were uncomfortable and worn, recommend bringing your own pillow."

"The room was really nice and clean. The staff was nice and location was great and close to a lot of places to eat."

"Bar was nice and classic look and I got to enjoy some sunday football games. the rooms was nice and spacious. Also I love that they hotel kept the history of the build and most of it architecture. The only downside is that you have to use the valet? Parking there's no public parking."

"The tub drain did not work properly so I was in ankle deep water by the time I finished my shower. The room next to me had a commode that leaked water out into the hallway"

"It was cool, I liked it"
