"as a heritage building of course was expecting antiques, and squeaky floors, old doors, etc. however, the maintenance was terrible, staff were nice enough, but ZERO amenities available. there were no staff after hours, we were basically just left alone in the building. room floors were not cleaned, hair in the shower. parking was not safe or comfortable for a single woman. air conditioning was not working and staff brought in a fan. the door knob to my room did not lock, had to use the deadbolt...

"Well we had such a great experience here. I have travelled a lot & have stayed in many hotels, so I do have many experiences with which to compare with. From the moment we arrived we were extremely impressed. Douglas at the front desk was so accommodating & professional. He got us checked in & settled in virtually no time. He went over & above & we were very appreciative of that. If you are on a diet, this may be a challenging place for you. They have a plethora of freshly baked & might I say,...

"Suite was adequately clean and tidy but the yard was overgrown weeds and grass, stuff lying around. Expedia ad is not clear that the price listed was for 4 people in the 6 person suite. We were charged extra for 6 people in a 6 person suite. Fair charge but not clear in the ad. The fold out couch bed was broken so did not fold out, one person had to sleep on the couch. Sheets and pillowcases for the couches were not in the suite we had to ask for them. Ad says kitchen which was well supplied...
