"Room was a good size. Plenty of free on site car parking. Only a few min9r niggles which detracted from an otherwise good experience. No shower gel on first night, nut was replenished the next day, as we're the facial tissues box which was all but empty on arrival. No mini fridge in room, but maybe I set my expectations too high. Window glass was very dirty but being a 5th floor room understand they can't be cleaned daily but looked like they hadn't been cleaned for weeks if not months. TV had...

"We had a lovely stay, great location. Staff were lovely and helpful. Improvments could be made. Family room needs better lighting, a fridge would be great as the milk went bad, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work so the bathroom was very wet after a shower, and the shower was extremely hot, no child would have been able to use it let alone an adult. But it does have good points. The improvements would make it a fantastic stay"

"Did not like that our room on the third floor after getting off the lift required humping bags down two albeit short flights of stairs.
Liked that there were lots of towels and that they let us drop our luggage until check in and again after noon check out (very civilized)
It's a great location right next to Cardiff Central station so getting here and then getting to the airport was simple"

"3 Horse shoes was great, for some reason our bedroom got mixed up, was supposed to have a family room but got a double. Staff sorted the issue, i dont know but apparenty is was an Expedia mix up. Issue was sorted by the morning even though we arrived late, cool pub with a kids soft play and decent playground. Foods nice, staff great....."
