"Check in was super easy and the staff there were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are really clean and beds are super comfortable! Gorgeous pool and excellent breakfast! And can’t forget to mention how good the coffee is! Would absolutely recommend staying here and I can’t wait until I can get back!"

"There was a change of ownership the day before my stay, and i believe there were some reservation system issues. I reserved an ADA-compliant room and was issued a standard. The gentleman at the counter said my room number out loud. That might not seem like an issue, but as a solo female traveler, it creates a safety issue. My room had not been fully cleaned yet (no towels or garbage bag), as i passed the cleaner on the way in (at 7pm, i did not check in early). But it was presentable with clean...

"After a nightmarish travel day in which our flight was cancelled and we had to have an overnight layover, the hotel was gracious enough to save our room, and were extremely helpful in making us comfortable. This was especially helpful because we both ended up sick while there, and needed to have a nice place to recover. The room was quiet, the staff was terrific, the amenities were awesome and the location couldn't be better. It's right across the street from the bus and rail station."

The tv in our room did not work and we were told there was nothing they could do about it. Online and at check in, we were told parking was $10/day to leave our vehicle. At checkout, they told us $20/day."

"We had an easy time checking in and the room was clean upon arrival. There was a smell on the floor that we stayed in, but it wasn’t consistent throughout the hotel. Breakfast area was clean and restocked consistently. We would have preferred longer breakfast hours."

"This was our first stay and we will be back. The only issues we had was that the blow dryer didn’t get hot so it took forever to get my hair dry and the bottle filler in the lobby was also not working. Certainly not anything that would stop us from booking again. Staff was great, room was great and breakfast was great. Thanks again!"

"This was the 2nd time we stayed here. We came I believe April & this time again in same exact room. The April stay, the room was very clean. Only complaint at the time was no bathroom fan. This time around, still,no fan in bathroom. It’s a handicap accessible room, which was very well equipped on our first stay. Now, it appears to have several maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Bathroom smelled badly. Quite disappointing this time around."

"The property was clean and had everything you need in a hotel. The sheets were horribly wrinkled when we arrived. It also seemed a little ridiculous to charge $10 for parking. The breakfast was not great compared to other similar hotels. It was mostly carbs available, and no apple juice - only cartons of milk or orange juice. It also wasn’t very close to the action of downtown. I’d probably look elsewhere next time I stay in Portland."

"This was an excellent place to stay during our 5-day trip to Portland. All staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Emily, the manager, was so sweet and gave us a great list of things to do on our first day. The room was spacious and clean, as was the surrounding property, and its location to the airport and highways was perfect for us. Would love to stay here again!"

"Our first room had ants crawling in it, the second room they assigned to us was not cleaned, and the third room had one bed that looked suspiciously dirty so we bit the bullet and slept in the other bed. Do not recommend this hotel. The walls were dirty and overall was odorous."
