"Good: First off this apartment is super convenient to convention center and beach. Everything we wanted to do was an easy walk. The owner/manager was pretty communicative and tried to help out issues that arose during our stay. It was clean and smelled pleasant. Bad: Not handicap accessible as a former handicap person it's something I pay attention to. The toilet is oriented in such a way that is hard to get on to this was a complaint everyone in the house had. The beds meh. The sun porch is...

"This is a reasonably-priced apartment for a family with dogs. The owner is very friendly and the accommodations themselves are old-fashioned but revamped and cute, close to the beach and boardwalk. Just wished it was a tich cleaner."

"We had a wonderful stay at this shore rental. The place was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The location couldn’t be better, just a short and easy walk to the beach. Louie and his wife were incredibly kind and helpful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. "Location! Great view and literally just across the street from the beach. Clean and comfortable, except for the beds - please invest in new ones! The kitchen area was good, but very basic as far as pots, etc - but who’s cooking! The unit could use a bit of a refresh, and the cable never worked, but all in all we’d stay there again"

Just one neighbor thought it was a good weekend to start doing some repairs early in the morning and throughout the afternoon. Kept to himself and had a very nice dog. The location is great but very busy and noisy during holidays and evenings. Cars with open headers and loud music not our style. "
