We enjoyed this cozy bed and breakfast. It's a great location - so beautiful! The staff was amazing - we had a meeting at LMU and were missing breakfast. So they packed us a breakfast and put it in the common area refrigerator for us to grab in the morning. It was also handy to fill our cups with ice water.

The staff was excellent. They are wonderful people. They made sure everything was perfect. We enjoyed having breakfast with the other guests. They addressed any allergy concerns and tailored your breakfast for all. I would recommend this bed and breakfast it is the best one we have ever stayed at

Nice place in historic Cumberland Gap, walkable to hiking trail and pave local trail. The room is spacious, very clean, and comfortable bed. Homemade breakfast was delicious.

What a great and unique place! We stayed in "The Cabin" room, which apparently is the oldest wood structure in the county, and you could tell it was very historic, yet also very comfortable. The Inn is in a perfect location in town, within a few steps of restaurants and also the National Park. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and fun to have family style seating for the meal too (although you can also choose to have it served to the room). A fantastic place to stay for a night (as we did) or for much longer.

Excellent Bed & Breakfast

This is a very historic place with modern facilities. Our room had a comfortable bed, excellent wi-fi, coffee maker and private bath. The breakfast both mornings was outstanding! The area is very quiet with several places within walking distance for meals and /or drinks. It is 5 minutes to the National Park. The owner/manager was very helpful when we made a booking error, and couldn’t have been kinder while helping me fix my mistake. I highly recommend this lovely place for anyone staying in the area.

We loved the historic aspects of the mill and its decor. Our room The Cabin was on the street on the ground floor and was so quiet. The breakfast was outstanding with foods made from house recipes. We wish they sold a cookbook!

Amazing!!!! The room was gorgeous and very clean. Much love and care has obviously been put into this B&B. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was thoughtful and friendly. Their attention to detail is unmatched! We will definitely be back!!!

Cute room but disappointing oromises

It was not clear that the breakfast STARTS at 9 am when I booked room. The hotel promised a boxed meal in the fridge. Never saw it. Can I receive partial refund from hotels.com?
