"Our stay at the Magnuson Hotel in Commerce was extremely disappointing. The biggest concern was safety. None of the exterior doors to the building were locked. I personally checked every exterior entrance, and every one of them allowed unrestricted access to the hallways and guest rooms. The check-in process was frustrating. "Very nice facility, exceptionally friendly staff and decent breakfast. Housekeeping was available every day and my only complaint was carpet that needed steam cleaning--if you walked around barefooted you needed to wash your feet before getting into bed."
