Zero star my experience of this trip.
I DO NOT recommend this hotel to you until they hire new management and provide good training to the staff. My experiences of my stays few nights here are unsatisfactory and below my expectations for 4 stars hotel. The price rate is High but it is not in a standard.
My room has ants on my bed and toilet (two rooms had ants both) They ate my food too. The view is poor and my check in experience is horrible as I waited too long. Your housekeeper doesn’t not finish their work on time or too busy is not an excuse “all rooms are not available “. Customer should get an option to refund instead of keep waiting. Poor management for such as good hotel. The young English/Spanish counter staff with short and curly brown hair was unprofessional and terrible customer communication skills. How come there are no name tag or badge while working at the hotel???
