Syrakus and the medeterrian sea is near by (about 12km)by car, you can see it from balkony at backside.At the balkony you can sit. You get a free parking area befor or behind the house. "The Magnifico was perfect for us. We could rest after an exhaustive 3-week holiday in Sicily before flying out. The bathroom and shower were great, double bed with giant TV screen. Very quiet despite next to the airport (i.e., only a 5 min walk to terminal A). Also close to ALI bus stop for our last visit to Catania. David at the front desk was very helpful. Highly recommended Magnifico for its main purpose. "

"The host was extremely helpful and very communicative. She is a 5 star host and had some nice snacks and beverages available for us when we arrived. However, the room itself had mold on the shower door and some type of allergen in the bed sheets as my wife got sick after the one night stay. I would stay there again but the place could use better cleaning."

"Okay, I know everyone says this, but it is RIGHT by the airport and sooo loud. Also, they do play loud music on the beach till 1 am. The beds are HORRIBLY uncomfortable. The pillow is even worse. We had about half a roll of cheap toilet paper which was all used before we even went to sleep. No extra. Office closed. Yuck!
