"If I could give no stars I would. Do not stay here as it is a health hazard. If you need a place to stay then sleep iin your car and if you don’t have a car, choose a bus stop, it will be cleaner. Upon arrival, to get the key. had to ring a phone number, no one on site to help. In room it was absolute filthy, with blood on floor, pubic hairs & in general terrible condition as was all of the outside areas.
People talk outside the room from 4am We did not feel safe and did not sleep. Towels smelt...

"The apartment was clean enough, but it wasn't in a great state of repair. The microwave wasn't working when I arrived, and the towel rail collapsed after a few days. However, the staff were excellent and everything was repaired very quickly."
