Sonesta Hotel Cusco
The staff was wonderful and attentive. Gary, Rose, Lucas, Marienela Bethi, Tania and Valeria were all lovely as was the rest of the staff. Hilda the lady who cleaned our room was excellent also. I would recommend this hotel and its staff.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a lovely area. Sadly lacking a vanity kit in the bathroom eg no shower caps or ear buds, that type of thing. Fabulous breakfast too. Would highly recommend.

We had room 209. I believe the reason this room smelled so bad was because the bathroom had a jacuzzi tub that did not fit the space and could not be cleaned properly.
