"The property was maintained. It is in a residental area. It is quiet the rooms are small but clean. My only complaint is room 16 is right next to the office. We were in that room. I was rudely awakened at 6 am by someone in the office slaming things around. It is a very small town and this is a good option. Just don't get room 16"
