"This is a very basic hotel. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was bad. They do have a waffle maker. That is the only thing good about it. Coffee horrible. The location is good. It was a good value for the money. Don’t expect more than a room to sleep."

Bathhouse had broken faucet handles, no towels at 7:30 in the morning, etc. The best part is the nature around you but the poor management and lack of amenities to make up for the high cost make other options much more appealing. "We stayed here on our trip to Custer State Park, etc. Our bungalow (#9) had everything we needed for our 2 day stay. The location was walkable to restaurants and morning coffee. Check in was a breeze and the communication was great! We are from CT, but if we ever find ourselves out this way again we will not hesitate to stay here!!!"

Parking garage is tight with pillars that make it difficult to get in a space. Ice machine not working. Wifi iffy at best. Insufficient outlets. The name Quality is a total misnomer. I would never stay at a Quality inn again"
