"Quaint. Clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful about anything we needed. The property is older and could use modernization, but everything was functional and clean. The property was also quiet which was a huge plus and the amenities were great. Recommended."

"For that price, the hotel was fine. It was clean enough. The breakfast was adequate. It was very close to Mt. Rushmore, and near the heart of Keystone. The A/C worked, and we got a room with six sleeping places without breaking the bank. We would stay there again because it was a good deal."

"My wife and our grand daughter stayed 2 nights in one of the duplex cabins. This was our third time to stay at the Rock Crest. The check in lady was very nice and furnished us enough quarters for the coin laundry on premises. The room was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable. We made our own coffee and did not go to the breakfast which was offered. The family in the other duplex were very nice folks. The cabin was convenient to Custer State Park and Mount Rushmore. My grand daughter enjoyed...

"Hot tub was trained upon our arrival. Water was cold, so unable to use during our stay. Hotel staff and Expedia customer service did not provide a solution to resolve this. Traveled with small children and two of the visible and easy to access outlets did not have covers on them."

"The room was very clean. Hot tub was a perfect temperature. Cookies were a good touch! Check in out were easy. One concern...parking area was full due to guests not parking well. Took up multiple spots. Front desk instructed us to park in back lot. Could it be possible to instruct guests with cycles, trailers to park in back lot? 🤔"

"The room was falling apart. The deadbolt did not work because the unit had settled on the foundation and the floor was tilting. The door did not seal so you could see daylight all around the entire door. The bathroom floor was at such a slope it was difficult to stay standing. Very small one person shower. Window ac mounted in the wall had a hard time cooling the room. I spilled water on the floor and wiped it up with a towel and the towel was black from the dirt on the floor."
